Enrollment for current and alumni families begins in early February prior to classes beginning in September. Enrollment for the general public begins at the end of February/early March. In the event that the number of registrations exceeds the number of available spots, you will be put on the waitlist and contacted directly. The enrollment fee will only be requested/processed if the spot in class is confirmed.
Registration forms are processed in the order in which they are received and classes are filled in that order. If a class becomes full, a wait-list will be started automatically. There is no charge to be placed on a class wait-list
Once you have completed the online registration form and received a registration completion email, please pay the enrollment fee and September tuition via invoice in the Brightwheel app within two weeks. Note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable, and September tuition is non-refundable after August 15th. Your spot is not secured until the enrollment fee has been received.
